She didn’t stop here, she received her clinical doctoral degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Recently, Jessica completed a culinary program through the Auguste Escoffier school which is famous for culinary Arts.

Jessica Mack loved cooking and baking for the longest time. In fact, she frequently included food in her therapy sessions for patients. “I have studied food as a consumer, as a clinician, as a culinary student, and as a food blogger/content creator.”, she stated. Thus, it has helped her understand and grow as a culinary artist. After marrying an omnivore, she felt the need to share her knowledge about the necessity of lowering meat intake. However, she wished to educate people through her website instead of shoving her opinion down everyone’s throat.

Dr Jessica Mack faced challenges and hurdles in life, but she didn’t allow it to prevent her from accomplishing her objectives. She managed to find a way instead to work out a way to serve people. Jessica was a registered occupational therapist until chronic diseases had weakened her strength to multitask in her career and caused her to withdraw. However, that did not demotivate Jessica from pursuing something new which made her happy. She joined a culinary school and focused on recipe making, food blogging, and food photography. This career path too gave her immense success because of her talent and hard work.
